Hi there, this is Walker088 (Chun-Wei Chen) 👋

I am currently working on the Paraguay HIS project which is hosted by the Taiwan mission, ICDF. 🇵🇾 🇹🇼 We develop a web-based system by Java, covering more than 43% of the public hospitals in Paraguay.

I am also interested in the distributed system and algorithm design, I was doing the blockchain consensus algorithm design and implementation in the NCCU Network System Design Lab, publishing the result, MSig-BFT on The 2nd International Workshop on Blockchain Technologies and Systems.
